   There was until recently a Lego CUUSOO proposal to make these, Lego Star Wars Ultrabuild sets, in the style of the recent Lego Super Heroes Ultrabuilds, but so much better for being Star Wars.

   Alas as many knew before the project even got started, Lego aren’t allowed to do straight up figures as part of their Star Wars license, so the CUUSOO team cut this one short having collected 1327 supports. A shame, Lego’s buildable figures are just about my least favourite Lego products; yet with a veneer of Star Wars they suddenly became very appealing.
